Dora 11.5KM Circular

We started this walk from the mountain road around half a KM from the Oasis Taverna. There was an area of ground where we could park about 50m past the start point.
The tracks throughout were wide and the journey started flat until we got over the river and then it started to climb. It was quite a steep climb and then levelled off before climbing again. There were some terrific views looking back as we climbed and then later of the village set up in the hills,
I plotted the route to enter the village where there was a traditional taverna. The people were very friendly. We stopped for a Cyprus coffee before continuing on down through the village. We crossed the road on to a track that ran parallel with the road for a while but then followed the road for a while before turning right and heading back down. Quite a challenging walk but thoroughly enjoyable,
