Kaminaria - Treise Elies 8KM Circular

We started by parking on waste ground next to the road. Then headed up a concrete road/hill for about 50 yards then took a left onto a goat track. This followed the river and crossed three Venetian bridges. (watch out for crabs) We climbed some steps set in the hillside onto a wider track which took us up to the village of Treis Elies. The tracks changed to a road as we got closer and dropped down into the top of the village. We skirted the top of the village and then headed uphill on a road to another road, which we crossed to access a wide track. This track led us to the 16th century church. Then dropped down and again changed to a tarmac road before entering the village of Kaminaria. We then walked down hill through the village back to the start point. The walk was very picturesque with autumn colours and there are various fruit and nut trees along the way
