Kannaviou Village - Esouza Circular 14KM

I had a couple of problems on this walk. I had to focus carefully on navigation and checking my GPS location. There were quite a tracks and junctions not on the map so I had to get my bearings.
At one point the track ended up at a dead end with a tin hut. We had to back track a hundred yards and enter a field with vines and follow the right edge of the field, then at the end of the field we ended up back on the track.
That aside it was an enjoyable walk with some nice distant views, challenging up hill for the first half and then winding down back to Kavanniou for the second half. Apart from the field and the un even steep track beyond the track surfaces were pretty good.
It was a hot day and in retrospect I think we should have set off walking around 8AM it would have been a more comfortable hike
